Robert W. Mohollen
Bob Mohollen started his own firm in 2005 and has grown through the loyalty and trust of his clients. Bob has over 30 years of experience after graduating from West Chester University with his degree in Accounting. He is a CPA, has his MBA in Finance from Drexel University and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). In addition to managing his practice, he also teaches in the Master’s in Taxation program at Philadelphia University.

Small businesses have dynamic and sometimes complex accounting needs, but few resources to manage them. This is where I can help. Bob takes a proactive, consultative approach to accounting and taxes. He work with you year-round, not just at tax time and is able to help you implement systems that will benefit your business and potentially reduce your tax liabilities. In addition to his practice and teaching, Bob is also a Commissioner in Lower Pottsgrove Township. He is also serves on several volunteer boards including as Vice-Chairman for Tri County Area Federal Credit Union and Treasurer for the Pottsgrove Music League. Benjamin F. Cartwright
Ben Cartwright has been with Mohollen & Company since the fall of 2014, with 3 years of prior management experience in the retail industry. He is attending Penn State University in pursuit of his Bachelor's of Science in Accounting and ultimately plans on attaining his Certified Public Accountant license. Ben is also married with a son and volunteers at a local credit union providing auditing services.

Debra A. Mohollen
Debbie serves as a Consultant to our firm. Debbie is a graduate of Ursinus College with a degree in Accounting and has a Master’s Degree in Leadership Development from Penn State University.
Debbie has worked in industry her entire professional career with primarily public companies. She is an experienced finance professional with a demonstrated record of success in managing and developing teams, anticipating the needs of management, providing timely and accurate information for internal and external purposes, and establishing reporting controls and procedures. Proven abilities include exceptional planning and project management, analytical and computer skills, and strong written and oral presentations. Debbie is a Girl Scout Leader and very active in her church. Lizzy Montañez
Lizzy Montañez has decades of bookkeeping, payroll tax and administration, and human resources experience in many industries including pharmaceuticals, advertising, and law. In addition to that, she has been a key player in helping several startups launch their own payroll processes and procedures. Lizzy has managed the recruitment, screening, skills testing, and on-boarding from a team of fifteen to two hundred employees.
Lizzy has an Account Specialized degree in Legal Accounting from The PJA College and a Professional Human Resource Management certificate from Villanova University. She is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Immaculata University. Lizzy serves as a proud member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB), American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), American Accounting Association (AAA) and National Federation Paralegals Association, (NFPA). She has volunteered with City of New York (CUNY) Citizenship Now since 2009 and enjoys reading, traveling, spending her time with her children and her dogs. |
